I ordered a Macbook from gainsaver. The keyboard was Spanish, the symbols above the numbers did not correspond with what was typed. I did not ask for a Spanish keyboard. My son is off to college tomorrow and I don't have time to return it and wait for another. Also I already transferred all the info from the old computer. Not Happy.


Spoke to Steve Harper who assured me I could return the computer over my son's Spring Break with shipping paid for by Gainsaver. That's the only way around this problem right now."
