"I purchased an OEM Athlon XP 2200+ from GameVE, and after I had all of my components together, I was not satisfied with the performance of the CPU. I wished to simply exchange the working CPU for a faster model (2400+), and pay the difference. ANY store would allow a customer to do this, but apparently GameVE is only in business to make money and not serve their customers.
Had I known their fascist return policy on OEM CPUs, I would have purchased a retail CPU from a competing supplier. Beware!!
They also sat on the RMA request for a few days, and the 30-day limit for CPU return convieniently expired. I'm stuck with a working CPU I don't want, and I'm out money unless I can sell the CPU.

"This is the second order I have placed with this company and I have to say i am happy with the service. The real barometer for service, thogu , is how well you are treated when you have a problem or a return. In the past, I had to return a product for credit and they were easy to contact and credited my card quickly. This is why I have continued to do business with them. I cant say the same for OC System though. I returned a video card and they received it the 20th of this month and I have had a very difficult time both in contacting them and getting them to move in crediting my card back. I received a VC-POWERC-022 POWERCOLOR GEFORCE4 TI4200 8X AGP 128MB DUALCRT/TV video card. I emailed the company and received corresponance after many attempts. I received an email stating I just purchased another video card and it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I checked my bank account and they did charge me for another video card. When it arrived, it was the same one I tried to get replaced. Now I am stuck with two of the wrong video cards and I paid for both. What a rip-off. Beware doing anything with this company!!"

I ordered an Epox 8RDA+ and 2 sticks of Geil Memory. A total of $400 + of products, unfortunately I recieved a DOA motherboard. Which is not getting resolved to my satisfaction because they RMA services stated that they don't carry Epox motherboards anymore. Which is strange since they still sell Epox motherboards on their website and have them on back order as well. I am suprised at the companies unwillingness to help me resolve my problems."
