"When I received the new gazebo covering it was not the quality I expected..in the picture it looked much thicker and when I read that I would need to apply scotch guard that was the final straw. Very unhappy and will give it a chance to see how it holds up after I purchase the scotch guard...this is something I feel should have been added during the assembly and manufacturing process.

Was thankful that I did receive my shipment with no damage."

"Ties that hold down cover broke easily. Now rain collects in the front of the awning and make a nice waterfall effect if you forget to drain in before you sit down! I'm really quite annoyed at this, given the high price tag. Try to tell your kid - oh, no we can't sit on this yet. we have to wait for all the water to dry and come back in an hour. For this I paid $90? "

"This canopy was very difficult to stretch across the pocket pegs. Needed 2 helpers to finally get the canopy installed. Thin fabric seems like it may not last, but hoping for the best. I wish this came in different colors other than boring beige. "

"We were pleased with the very quick delivery of our order and the fact that we were able to find replacement top that fit our 12x12 gazebo. However, the top is not the high quality of the original top and has already leaked in several places in the rain. We have noticed that there are several small holes in the top. We fear that it will not stand up to more than one season. The original stood up quite well for more than 6 years . It was constructed of heavy canvas and good quality rubber which kept the elements out. Because of this we were unable to give an excellent rating."

"I ordered replacement cushions for some outdoor furniture I have. I was so glad to find them but the cost was way too much. So, after saving for 6 months, I decided to purchase the cushions. Everything went fine with the order but after leaving the cushions in the outdoors during the day, they faded terribly. I had only had them a few weeks, when they went from red to pink. I wish I would have known before spending that much money."
