"My cover was a little tight on the grommets . So when I installed it the fabric pulled away from one grommet. I didn't contact Garden Winds as I'm to busy to deal with the problem. I suppose this will shorten the life of the cover. Maybe I will put a support patch around the grommet later. So far it hasn't torn loose any further & is holding up well. As of yet I have not installed the screens so I wont comment on them."
"Website was easy to use. I ordered replacement cushions and a replacement canopy. 3 weeks since my order and no change in the order progress so I called customer service. I was told the hold up was that the canopy is on back order and the cushions will not ship until the canopies are available. The target is approximately 2 weeks. The customer rep then said their stock of cushions are starting to run low. So if the canopy becomes available and there are no longer cushions available my order will be delayed again. Not very customer focused. "
