"Garden Winds customer service is the absolute WORST! After sending two email and getting no response, "I" had to call to get any kind of answers concerning their defective products (acknowledged by their customer service).
Garden Winds handling of defective products, which they make, is unacceptable! I don't know how they've stayed in business! In early May, they were selling only the canopy for $199 (without end piece). Then, raised price by $60 to include end piece.
I paid the $259.99, but only received a credit for $35. Company was unwilling to allow me to wait until they re-manufactured the end piece, correctly, even if that meant I needed/was willing to wait many months. I was told that in order to receive a correctly manufactured protective end piece, next spring, I must buy a whole new canopy for $250+. Garden Winds guarantees their products fit PERFECTLY! This particular canopy needs to have a correctly fitting protective end piece to prevent the canopy from being ruined. So, this is essential to my purchase of the canopy!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

Endless hoops to jump through requiring numerous phone calls, emails, pictures proving it didn't fit & yes, even texts to get them to ACCEPT a return for their product that didn't fit. Lack of coordination & continuity between customer service reps. And ultimately they charged us $20 to try on hammock which they told us would fit but didn't. I will never do business with this company again. I suggest you don't either. A company with terrible customer service doesn't deserve your business. "
"This is my second purchase of this cover, although the first time I went with the cheaper version and this time I spent a little more and I can feel the difference. I love the gazebo we purchased from Big Lots some years ago but the cover it came with didn't last and rather than go out and buy a whole new gazebo this is a great alternative. It looks beautiful on our backyard.

Even though I had to pay more for a replacement cover I found the reviews swayed me. I can honestly say I am so refreshed to work with a friendly and professional company. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and identified the gazebo. The cover looked of great material and most of all stood up to two VERY heavy rain storms without allowing it to bucket on the cover itself. I am VERY satisfied and when I offered a suggestion they took it. Will do business with this company again. BTW the item came a day earlier than expected too!"
