"Expensive item, paid for and not recieved"
"We were given a frame and ordered a replacement gazebo based on the images we saw. We received delivery and tried to install it but the upper roof did not quite fit. The staff was very helpful and gave us several options including refund. We ended up modifying the upper gazebo by shortening the arms a bit. Perfect fit! I was very impressed with their helpfulness and we are pleased with our purchase. Further, the same item went on sale a few days after our purchase and we were given a credit refund for the difference. We are very happy with our purchase."

"I ordered the exact replacement top for the item I bought, the Sonoma canopy top. I had bought one once before and was pleased. I spent the extra money to get the more durable material, and it does not fit. We ended up cutting 3 of the ceiling rods that fit into the corner and side pockets to get it to fit. We still have to cut 3 more if we want to remove it (for storms) and then reinstall it. We pull and pull to get it to fit. It should not be that difficult."

"I ordered a canopy and received same week. I realized once I took out of the box that it was the wrong size. I sent canopy back and ordered a replacement and another one. They both came in same week. Very fast service! Now my canopies are up and they fit and look great. Makes my back yard look beautiful. "
"The material is very good. Delivery was fast. The size of the canopy was a bit too small and I had to modify my structure to accommodate it. I had to bring in the last corner added by about 8cm and I had to change a grommet that came off while stretching the canopy to fit it on. The top piece was also too small and I had to take apart the metal support brackets to fit in on."
