"My credit card got charged for a purchase and I received a notice that my product was shipping and then being later told that the product was out of stock until 2018. And that my money would be refunded to my credit card. A notice should not have been sent out that my product was shipping if my product was not shipping. For this reason I have had to go to another vendor for the product. Gardenwinds did not even take the time to tell me that they did have one part of my order in stock which would have been the top of the canopy. Had I been alerted to this fact I would have ordered the canopy top right on the spot but because of lack of customer care the time was not taken to tell me that. The product was on the special sale and I had ordered two of them, and I would hope that my order was not canceled to prevent me from having the savings of buying the two items at the same time. That would make it even worse. I am still looking for the screen balance of the product and have not been able to find it but have already received the canopy top from another vendor."

"I ordered a replacement canopy on June 20th. It is not July 7th and I have not received the canopy. Very frustrating because it was not here in time for my Fourth of July cookout. Whether it was UPS or garden winds that messed it up, I was contacted once by UPS ON July 3rd at 9:40 pm and had to wait to call back on the fifth. "
