She was not very knowledgeable and could not help at all. All she said she new was the sizes and she did not have a way to look up different items by description. she wanted me to tell her what the item number was before she could tell me the measurements. "I am writing to say that my experience with Garden Winds was not a very good one to say the least. I used their web site to find a replacement canopy for my gazebo which was purchased from Costco. I followed their filters to determine the canopy that I required and added it to my cart. It arrived in short order so that part of my experience was fine. However when I went to install it, the canopy did not fit. It was far too tight and would have ripped had I forced it on. When I contacted Garden Winds customer service they told me I ordered a canopy that was not sold by Costco. When I explained I simply followed their web site steps to find it, of which selecting Costco was step one, I was told that I basically messed up the process somehow and I was out of luck. I was told I could return it and would be stuck with the shipping costs as well as a $45 US fee for the original shipment. There was no consideration that perhaps the error could have occurred on their end and no offer to do anything about the $45 fee. I will never use them again and will let anyone I know about my poor experience. The customer service individual was polite but made it quite clear she didn't care at all about my situation and that it must have been me who messed up. I explained the exact steps I took to find the canopy, reproduced them with her on the phone, read the number out to her and was promptly told that I must have followed some other process since my canopy numbers didn't match and that since I messed up they wouldn't entertain waiving the $45 fee. I was told I should have checked and known that wasn't the right canopy for me. I will tell everyone considering using this site to simply go buy a new gazebo because I have no confidence that the gazebos they recommend for you will fit. And when they don't their attitude was too bad. A simple 'I'm sorry your experience wasn't a good one, let me see if there is anything I can do' would have gone a long way to changing my client experience. But as I said, they had no appetite for that. "

"When ordering a replacement canopy for my gazebo the one pictured was just like my old one which i had ordered previously from Garden Winds and was perfect , however, upon receiving the item the quality was not near as good and it was way to big although the size was not listed anywhere on the product. I ordered a 10 x 10 . I'm not sure if the one I received was the correct size or not but it certainly did not fit properly. I have since returned the product. I was also not happy that there was a $10.00 fee that would be subtracted from my refund amount. Not a good way to promote customer satisfaction. I will have to look very closely at any orders that I make in the future before ordering again."

"I had purchased a swing canopy top from Garden Winds two years ago and the customer service person I talked to was very helpful. She gave me measurements of different swing tops. The top just barely fit but we were able to get it on the frame. It didn't last but a year.I neeeded a new top this year and purchased a top but it didn't fit. When I called customer service she was not helpful at all. The tops had no measurements on line and when I asked the service representative she could not supply me with measurements.It also cost me $35.00 to send back the one that did not fit. I will not do business again with Garden Winds. I will look elsewhere."
"I received the wrong replacement canopy cover. I purchased the same make and model as in the past. I had to use binder clips to hold down thE replacement cover.
The previous cover was better but it was still off. I managed to get 3 of the 4 covers to fit. The 4th cover was off by a few inches. Again, I used binder clips to hold it in place. "
