"When I called saying that installation instructions not provided, but shown on website, I was told that what was shown on website was instruction packet from original canopy. I was told that I should use original instructions. When I told them that even though I happened to save the original instruction manual from 6 years ago, it did not contact canopy install instructions since the original canopy came already installed on the frame. I was then given another customer service rep. who tried his best to explain how to install."
