"I had contacted Garden Winds via email prior to my purchase re duties and taxes into Canada. I was told that both were included in price. I didn't believe this, so I proceeded with a test run (ordering only one of two canvass tops which I required.) My package arrived (California to Guelph, Ontario, Canada) 32 hours after placing the on-line order and it cleared customs without any duty or tax charges. And the canvass top fit my gazebo perfectly! Overall, an unbelievably positive experience!

"The canopy came with one of the corners only partly sown on. I had to take it to a tailor to have it re-sewn. Based on what I saw, I had to have the tailor reinforce and re-sew all the corners. I like the product, I had to spend $28 to have the corners resown."
