"I ordered this as a replacement. I got the medium priced one, with rip lock. Well, when we put it up, one of the poles immediately went through the canopy. I would still highly recommend this product though. Customer service was great too!

"This is the only place that hairy canopy. Our frame is years old and bolted into concrete so being able to order a canopy from garden winds after all these years is fabulous. This is my 2nd order. Canvas canopies don't last a lifetime so this works GREAT."

"We've been purchasing our replacement canopies from Garden Winds for years. This year I placed an overnight order on a Thursday, but because it was after their 2:00 p.m. cut-off time, and the long Memorial Day holiday, I didn't receive my order until Tuesday. I wasn't refunded the rush fees because it was my fault I placed the order too late in the day. To make matters worse, I ordered the wrong color which I returned for exchange. They charged me $10.00 for the return, and do not do exchanges. I had to place a new order. Might be easier to by a different pergola next year. Oh, and the second order is on back-order. Still hasn't arrived.

I wish I would have sprung for the most expensive version, as it would have been much thicker fabric, but so far it is holding up well here in the Pacific northwest.
