When I called customer service my suggestion that the wrong cushions were sent was not entertained. They said in the printed description it says the tufting does not have buttons. What about the photo that shows a perfect match for the cushions being replaced? She said those photos are just to make it easier to identify why we're looking for. Show me a photo of the Lamborghini I want to replace and send me a Model T. She said I'm welcome to ship them back at my cost for shipping. I would never recommend this company. Go elsewhere. "
