"Good looking, heavy and solid. A little hard to get the final corner on properly, a lot of tugging and stretching and aching fingers. But, once its on, it looks great. This is the third one I have put on, they don't last as long as I feel they should. The sunlight will degrade the material in about 2 years and then the tears will form in a heavy rainstorm. Once the tears start, the whole top will tatter in about two weeks. I try to keep a spare on hand for when that happens.
Overall, a good looking and good working top until it tears, then you have to install another."

"It started in Mid May 2017. I was looking for a replacement canopy for my gazebo. I came across Garden Winds website and an article that they wanted an owner of this particular canopy to "trade in" theirs for a brand new one at no cost. I submitted photos and an email requesting details of the offer to "Stephanie". After numerous unreturned phone calls to find out the status I finally ordered the cover. Guess what - there is no estimated delivery on the back ordered canopy. Finally a response from Stephanie that someone else may receive the free canopy. If they don't accept the deal then I wouls have a chance. No further word received on either my order or the trade in. Very bad customer support so far. Thanks, Ron Dejewski"

Not only did I pay shipping to receive I paid half of what my order was to send it back to the sum of $63.00. I think it is a rip off that a company who holds the market for pergola parts can't cut a break on returns."
