Great product; poor exchange policy.

"We've been purchasing our replacement canopies from Garden Winds for years. This year I placed an overnight order on a Thursday, but because it was after their 2:00 p.m. cut-off time, and the long Memorial Day holiday, I didn't receive my order until Tuesday. I wasn't refunded the rush fees because it was my fault I placed the order too late in the day. To make matters worse, I ordered the wrong color which I returned for exchange. They charged me $10.00 for the return, and do not do exchanges. I had to place a new order. Might be easier to by a different pergola next year. Oh, and the second order is on back-order. Still hasn't arrived.

Fast Shipping!

"I got my canopy faster than expected! The quality is good. I wish I would have sprung for the most expensive version, as it would have been much thicker fabric, but so far it is holding up well here in the Pacific northwest. The canopy fits amazing and looks great! I would definitely purchase another product through Garden Winds!"

No Help

"First there is not enough information to make a decision on the canopy, and no information on my previous purchase, which was the correct canopy. This time I got the wrong canopy, Garden Wins was no help on the phone and I had to pay to send the wrong canopy back. I was told, that I could get another canopy, but there was not certainty that it was going to be the correct one, so I may had to pay to ship it to me and potentially I had to pay again to send it back. Too much hassle"

"Received our replacement canopy; arrived as promised.
The problem was it did not fit properly it was smaller than the one we had. We had to do a lot of re forming the gazebo in order for it to fit properly.
The replacement is of good quality. We think the canopy is not a universal canopy and fits certain types of gazebos and ours was not the correct one. But we did install it and made it work

"Canopy didn't fit, no matter how many different ways we tried it. Disappointed because I could tell it was a much better canopy than the original one from Lowes. Ended up ordering exact replacement from Lowes ."
