"I attempted to buy a replacement canopy for my BBQ gazebo. They do not make an exact replacement canopy so I had to use their system of pitures and measuring. Thye first they recommended did'nt fit. I sent it back. I attempted to find the right one, and it was also to small. I called the customer service department and recieved no help.
The cavalier attitude was very disappionting.
If you are not going to carry accurate siing on replacement tarps then make one that is universal."
