"It was easy to order, but then I received an email that it was on back order and I wouldn't get it until 7/15. I received my money back while also receiving 3 emails that it had shipped. I received another email about a week later saying that my order had shipped again. I received it on 5/31/17 which was great that I didn't have to wait until the middle of July. I appreciated that. We put it together, but only 1 of the velcro closures can be closed out of the 4. If the velcro was closer together or if there was another 1 1/2" - 2" on each flap than it would totally fit correctly. It's not going to blow off in the wind because of the way the poles fit together, but it looks unfinished. "

"This is the second time we've purchased this canopy replacement from Garden Winds. The last canopy lasted 3 years without rips, tears or anything else - unfortunately our neighbors tree just wiped it out! So this year we splurged and bought two canopies...just to be on the safe side (and now that the neighbors tree is mulch, we won't have to worry about THAT again! As far as I know Garden Winds is the only company that handles these large babies and they do an excellent job! Only wish they'd make them in the original green again. Cost was reasonable and delivery packed well and on time."

"Over the last few years, I've ordered three Gazebo canvas covers and in each case, the order went through as directed by Garden Winds. . This year, for some reason, I order the wrong one, sent it back(haven't gotten confirmation on that yet), but I did get an email from customer service advising me they received my notification email, and that it would be several days before my refund would be issued, and explained why.
I've done a lot of business with various companies on many items, and have NEVER experienced a customer service department as finely tuned as this one. They follow up on orders the same day, send out tracking information, and reply when you notify them the item/s was received. I can count on one hand the number of times a customer service department has done what it stated it would do.
