"Ordering online was simple, delivery was quick and well-packed.
But... Installation was a little more challenging. I purchased the canopy replacement top that was for my gazebo. When installing the main cover portion, there are 4 corners that are slipped over the corners of the support frame with a grommet to slip over a threaded post which is then secured with a screw-on finial. So 3 of the 4 went really well. We had a problem getting the 4th corner on. I couldn't get it to go over the threaded post. I don't know if perhaps the grommets on the canopy were slightly off position or what, but we spent on-and-off well over an hour trying to get this on. I finally had to release part of the support structure that goes to each corner in order to take some strain off so it could be pulled and stretched onto the post. I finally got it on, but still have not been able yet to fully restore that last piece of the corner frame. But it's not going anywhere for sure."

"The BBQ awning cover we purchased fits the frame as described. However, every time it rains, we have huge puddles form in both sides. It stretched out the cover and it no longer fits snugly. We are trying to come up with a support mechanism to prevent this from happening. The cover is not as sturdy as the original."
