"We ordered a new cover for our gazebo, but the top section would not fit like our previous one from this company. It was a 1/2" too short and couldn't be stretched over the frame post. Contacted Customer Service and was told we needed to take pictures of the frame and show where it was short and then return the entire product for a new one. We had gotten the new RipLock material. We decided to just get the same plain material we had gotten on a previous order 2 years ago. Again, the top section was made smaller and we could not fit it over the 4th post as it was 1/2" short. I'm not sure why they changed the dimensions for the top canvas but this is very frustrating. My husband had to take a hacksaw and remove a 1/2" of the metal framework on one of the posts in order for it to fit. Very disappointed in this product this time!!!!!"
