This new design would like stays in the upper levels but the manufacturer is a mystery so I have a sloppy umbrella."

My only gripe is that the item sent was SIMILAR to the one I was replacing, it had a different top portion that didn't match the old one and there were no holes on the corners for the little plastic spikes that help hold the cover down. I had to compromise the corners by making small incisions to allow the threaded post to come through.
