"Ordering was easy. Product arrived in good condition and on time. Quality is not as good as I would have liked ( seems a little thin and will lack durability) but it looks good and fits the arbor frame well. The design differs from the original since it does not have tabs to attach it with the original metal hooks, However, it has Velcro straps which are easier to attach to the arbor frame.. "

Also, we had a big storm here, and my gazebo was broken by heavy, wet snow before my replacement was shipped. Customer service was able to quickly cancel my order for me. "I have replaced my canopy twice since purchasing my gazebo about 6 years ago. Both times, through the original manufacturer. This last time, I purchased through Garden Winds. The material seems to be made well, with additional drainage for rainy days. The canopy itself fits well, however the top portion only stretches to 3 of 4 prongs on the frame. I am hoping with sun exposure, it will stretch. The color is not as it was in the original and is an odd shade of tan - almost with a yellow tone. Again, I am hoping the sun will fade that a bit. Overall, a good substitute."
