" We ordered a 13 foot umbrella replacement. We received an 11 foot replacement. Your company would not send the correct umbrella cover without re-ordering. Needless to say, we are out the shipping charges and return charges, with nothing to show for it. Very disappointed. "

"My experience in purchasing a replacement Gazebo through Garden Winds was effortless! The Product shipped to Toronto Ontario Canada in ONE day!!! Which is crazy!
However unfortunately the fit is not quite right as the second tier part of the Gazebo does not fit (it will after I cut the frame part to a better size) and it also does not have the required holes for the "Spike" ornaments that go on each corner and on top of the second tier.
Overall satisfied but wish they marketed the correct replacement product for my make and model."

"The top of the canopy is too big for the frame that I have so I had to clamp it to the lower part of the canopy so that rain hopefully will not get through; otherwise I like the canopy cover."
"We purchased a replacement gazebo for our deck last spring. Stretching the cover onto the frame was very difficult. I ordered a replacement cover right away for insurance - a good decision since the original cover was ripped when taken down in the fall.
This spring we used the replacement which was much easier to install and obviously much better quality. We sprayed the replacement with Scotch Guard as suggested and the immediate result is better rain protection. Long term this is suppose to reduce color fading.
I ordered a second replacement which will be used when needed - hopefully after many years with the first replacement.
While shipping time was of no concern for us, I should comment that in both cases the replacements were received in a few days."

"I felt so lucky that I had found the replacement cushions for the outdoor conversation chairs and love seat. I ordered them right away. However, the next day I discovered an email that told me that my order had been turned down. After calling and trying to find someone to help, I was told that because my shipping address was different than my billing address they would not honor my order. My husband owns his business and all of our bills goes to the book keeper at his business. She takes care of paying everything on time. This person said that I could send a check. No other options. So Garden Winds has lost a customer.
