"I asked Customer Service how many grommets does a particular canopy have (because the web site did not say). They said they'd look into it and get back to me. In the meantime, a different Customer Service worker responded and said the canopy had 16 grommets. Perfect! That's what I needed. So I ordered. Then, the first customer service worker responded and said she had opened a box and it actually as 8. Super bad. Now I have to return what I just bought. So I called in to start the return process, and that customer service worker gave me a hassle about returning it - I thought I shouldn't have to pay for anything because they messed up. She finally agreed to this. Then she said she'd look into how many grommets it has. Why, I don't know. She said: don't worry! It has 16. Then she said something even weirder: the same model number can have different numbers of grommets. I'm sure that's false. THEN it came in the mail, and it had 8 grommets. This was ridiculous, a waste of my time, and these customer service workers need to get their facts straight. I must either return this product or do a DYI set of grommets. "
