"I purchased a replacement canopy cover after putting my exact model number into their website search engine. Only one option appeared so I purchased it. When it arrived it was too small for my canopy. I tried to install it but when putting the last corner on, it completely ripped off. I called Customer Service and they told me to take and submit pictures, which I did. Returning the now damaged canopy was going to cost me a $12.00 return penalty deduction. I asked for a better fitting canopy and was told they are mass produced and that my model number called for the canopy that was sent. I was offered a one time replacement, which was sent and was an exact replacement of the first canopy, which wasn’t even close to the correct fit. Again, the 2nd one also does not fit. I stated that it was not the correct fit, but a duplicate replacement was all I was offered, and my account was then closed after accepting that one and only option. Extremely disappointed after searching for months for a replacement canopy for this swing. Do not believe them when you enter your model number and are provided a replacement option. It may not fit and then you have no full return options. "
"Third time at ordering a replacement canopy for my grill gazebo (going back two years). First order was delayed, then canceled (based on email from Garden Winds). Second order was delayed, then canceled because I grew tired of waiting. This is my third an last attempt. Sadly, I have no other recourse than to attempt to use Garden Winds. This order is delayed, but I knew that up front. Sadly, I expect notification from Garden Winds of further delays to be followed by a suggestion to cancel order."

"I have been buying a new gazebo cover from Garden Winds for the past 12 years. Every other year I get a new one. Last fall I bought the wrong one and they would not allow me to return it for credit. Item was brand new in box and they told me to pound sand. Good customer service would see that I am a long time customer and would have made the accommodation for me. There is still time for them to reach out to me...I still have the wrong gazebo top sitting in my house if they have a change of heart."
