"I previously wrote a review noting that the item I bought was pictured with a mosquito net but did not come with one. I contacted Garden Winds about returning the gazebo cover and ordering a new one with mosquito netting. It took only a few minutes to get through and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant. She offered to sell and send the mosquito netting separately. I accepted the offer and am presently awaiting delivery of the other half of what I had intended to order. "

"Ordered a replacement canopy for my gazebo using the model number of the gazebo.
The canopy was too small. Couldn't even stretch it so the pockets could fit the frame.
I really needed the gazebo functioning at that time so I cut each of the frame struts by 3/4". That worked. I still got a nice tight fit but I wish I hadn't had to go to all this hassle for the final result. I hope this canopy lasts longer than the rotten original. "

"The size was perfect for the gazebo we have. Selecting the proper one from the web site made that easy. The delivery was prompt. I should have known the top was not 'heavy', since the shipping weight was only 7 lbs. The use of the reinforcing material should help to prevent tears like the original top had. This top had 'grommets'(holes) about 10" up the side, 4 on each of all 4 sides, which I guess was to prevent water from accumulating and creating sags in the top. Unfortunately, they are NOT positioned in the proper place to prevent that. (I reverted to my old solution by adding a tarp to support along the outer two feet of the top.) Hopefully this will last more that one season, without having to make my own repairs."
