"I ordered the Arrow Gazebo( model # 625 683) .canopy. I was very specific when I ordered it with a customer service woman. I explained that it was purchased at Home Depot about 6 years ago and asked her to repeat the information ,that I gave to her,back to me to insure that she had the correct information. The canopy arrived
quickly and I called my handy man to come and put it up for me. He came the next morning and proceeded to put the frame together. When preparing to install the canopy top, he told me that the frame did not fit. He had to cut
1 inch off of each bar the went into the corners of the small canopy. He continued to finish the installation. I thought it strange that the small canopy did'nt fit ..So I called your C.Service and was told that I was sent a
Universal Replacement instead of the Arrow 625 683. She said to send it back and she would send me the correct one even though it would not fit because the frame had been altered. I paid the man $60.00 to put the thing up and to have to take it down and return it would be costly for me as he would have to put up the Arrow.
Replacement. I would also have to buy new bars to replace the ones that were cut. It was a very bad experience
for me to go though. I am 78 years old and have to pay someone to do the various jobs for me. I can't afford to
do the canopy a second time. I am a very unhappy customer..
