"I ordered a brown cover, that was what we wanted. I made sure it said it was available, as other covers said "tan only." This one did not say that, received a tan cover .... oh well! Installing cover went well on the bottom ... but the top piece was about an inch short. The last corner tore out trying to stretch it over the frame. Ended up taping that corner on with duct tape. Interesting part last cover this top piece was too big! Couldn't use old top, it was rotten."

"Had trouble with the Velcro strips to help fasten the top down....seems like the strips should have been sewn in opposite direction. Also one of the metal hooks separated from the elastic which holds down the corner of the top, could now fix this. "

"I spent close to $1000 on replacement cushions and a new gazebo canopy. The cushions fit, but I oredered the wrong canopy. Garden Winds showed no appreciation for a good returning customer who spent a lot of money and charged me for shipping both for sending the item and for the return. They were completely inflexible. I found the right canopy - from Garden Winds - on Amazon Prime and it shipped for free. I am very disappointed in the way they do business. If my $900+ customer spending didn't even warrant a free $10 shipping return, I really don't want to do business with them again. Make sure you do make a mistake when you order!"
"No matter how much to try to make it fit. It won't. I had to make a hole in this 10 by 10 in order to fit that last corner in. The person who sowed it and made it did not make the measurements right. "
