"The canopy arrived in a timely manner. But it came without installation instructions causing the remove and replace process rather difficult. The canopy fabric looks different than the website photo. However, the fabric is much thinner, has less body, was missing the anchor rods, and required us to weather proof it. Frankly it seems over priced for what we received. "

"This is the second time I have purchased a replacement canopy for a metal-framed Yard Pavilion. The last time the canopy seemed a bit too large for the frame. This time it seems tighter, more like the original.
It went up easily and all the hooks and straps are in the correct places. The first canopy replacement lasted 4 summers; which is 1 summer longer than the original.
Looking forward to having this new one for a while :)

"It fits very well, and your YouTube video showing how to change out the cover is VERY helpful! Thanks for doing that!! The only complaint I have is that the cover sags in a couple of areas, and it tends to collect rain water. Over time, this will get progressively worse- which is exactly what happened with the last cover. Also, the colored covers tend to fade. Maybe nothing can be done about that, and that's critical. "
