"I ordered my Costco gazebo cover last October so I would have it for the spring.
It was due Apr 30. Then changed to June 30. I received an email at the end of June that my order was cancelled and I had been notified by email on June 14 and June 21 that my cc was denied. My cc is the one on file with Garden Winds as I verified when I got the cancellation email. We pay our cc off each month so credit was Not an issue.
We Never received an email on June 14 or 21!
We were advised to reorder which we have and the order would be filled in September. Just in time to miss the summer in northern British Columbia.
