"I thought I had not received an item. Company rapidly responded and said they would refund my money for that item. I also "repurchased" the item again and did receive it. During this time, I also "uncovered" the missing item. I quickly informed the Company that I DID receive it and would wait for their response. I got their response that I could keep it and the "refund" would not occur or I could send it back and the Company would send a label to send it. Upon receipt of the return, the Company would deduct $12 for the return shipping from the refund that I was to receive. I appreciated all the communication that the Company provided which allowed me to quickly return the item and end this dilemma."
"Researched and found the correct swing set canopy cover on their sight. The swing set was pictured was the same model I purchased many years ago. An upgraded version of the canopy cover was offered at an 25% price increase. I ordered this version but it would not fit my swing set. I not only paid original shipping costs but also had to pay to return the product which was not as advertised. I will not use this concern again."

I couldnt find my paperwork for my swing for the model number and customer service was so helpful identifying my swing. I recieved my canopy in about 2 weeks. It's perfect! "The replacement cover for the South Hampton Gazebo is at least an inch too short to fit on the frame. The part number was correct for the Gazebo frame I have. After placing the cover on the frame, allowing the material to relax, and placing one end on the frame it was still not possible to pull the cover pockets over the frame on the other end. Any further pulling on the canopy would result in ripping the seams and material. Brown duct tape seemed to be the only solution. "
"We bought our original Lowes Roth Gazebo from Lowes in Amarillo. We went online to order a new one from the manufacturer which demanded full payment at the time of order. We waited for 3 months for a shipping date or some kind of response to our continual contact attempts to no avail. We had to go through our credit card company in an attempt to get reimbursed for the still undelivered product. Subsequently we ordered from Garden Winds. Fit fine and was delivered within a couple of days. "
