Damage by ups

"The product was exactly what was ordered and I would reorder, but when I opened the box of garden tiles, four of the tiles had the connection plastic pieces cut off the edges of them. I didn't want to send them back due to the cost in shipping-I managed to arrange them so they could work for me with a little help from my "glue master" tube. I don't know how to help you with a shipping problem. I do like your products. Thank you.

"High winds shredded our previous pergola cover that had a few years on it. We ordered a replacement from Garden Winds. It arrived in less than a week and was simple to install. My husband's only concern is whether or not it will "hold" water since this one is a little thicker than the previous one. We haven't had enough rain to know... "

Poor Fit

"Hello, this was my second purchase from Garden Winds. With my first purchase, the cover for my Kohl's patio shade unit fit perfectly. The second unit I just bought was labeled as a universal fit and did not fit nearly as well, having many sagging areas. I don't know if I ordered the wrong unit or if this is all that is available now. "

So far so good

"Have ordered from them in the past and quality is OK. Disappointed that product I ordered ( again) is unavailable fro several months. Why offer a product when it wont be available for many weeks. This time I am replacing patio cushions and as the weather is warming up I need them now, not in April/May."

New canopy

"We've had our canopy for about 6 years and the intense heat had pretty much ruined it. Then the winter rain and wind hit it and tore it to shreds. I was thrilled to find a replacement for it. It fits perfect! Looks just like new again."

Wrong item

"Either it was the wrong canopy or it just did not fit. One of the grommets came out while trying to put it on. I am trying to return the item with hopes i can get my money back."
