Also, Lowe's referred us to Garden Wings and we were disappointed to find out that the replacement canopy only came in beige and our unit is green. "

Then, I was given a UPS tracking number and when I kept the manager on the phone and looked up the tracking number, the canopy was still IN YOUR WAREHOUSE AND HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED! Oh, so she is psychic because she can see what the UPS driver does remotely AND she is an outrageous manger- liar! OUTRAGEOUS LIE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNHELPFUL PEOPLE, TOO.
