"After paying a ridiculous amount for shipping of two separate items (which came on one box), the box arrived crushed. Although it was only a cushion and swing canopy, it could have been packaged better for what I paid. Then after opening the damaged box, found that the cushion ordered was supposed to be 60" long but was only 57" and too short. Kept it anyway as did not want to pay again to ship it back. Have used Garden Winds in past and was usually satisfied but this past order will steer me clear of them in the future."

"The delivery was fine, but the canopy was horrible. Every time it rains, the top fills up with gallons of waterand can't escape. We have to push the pools up with a broom to push the water out on the ends, where it splashes gallons off! When the wind comes up, even slightly, it just about takes the entire canopy and stand off the ground. (good thing we have it secured to the deck) I thought it was similar to the canopy that came with it originally, where the water would run off, but if it rained hard, it would come through. The top is flat so the rain can only pool between the slats. They hang down about a foot between each slat, after a good rain."
