"I re - ordered a new canopy for the 4th and last time. The quality of this canopy is poor, but not the material. It was the lack of velcro tri downs. The top had NO tri downs, only around the edges. This would not make it through the first high winds. When l checked with the company, l was told that is the new design, they said their engineers decided the tri downs were not needed. The company has changed, but not for the good.

"Their return policy if you don't live in the US isn't the best. I ordered a cover which was shipped quickly, accurately and was terrific quality. Trouble is that I ordered the wrong cover and because I live in Canada, it is too expensive to return. Exchange rate, custom & brokerage charges, along with a $45 return fee will end up costing me almost $80 to return it! I understand the exchange and brokerage costs but the $45 fee imposed by Garden Winds seems excessive.
So, if you live in the US, order from Garden Winds-they are great! If you live outside the States, make sure you order the correct cover the first time."
"I have to say that I am not at all satisfied with my replacement canopy, I put it up before the 4th of July and as I am putting it up I noticed the velcro was not sewn correctly in a few spots, this mean the velcro will not be holding very well. This canopy has a few imperfections, The top portion does not fit, I had to sew it to the gazebo otherwise it will fly away. there is a tear on the top of the canopy,also when it rain the water gathers up on one side of the canopy and sinks down and is creating a huge gap in the canopy. "
"I have been using Garden Winds replacement copies for a few years now, The first canopy was not very good in material (I do not recall what I bought). Since then I bought 2-3 canopies, I am very satisfied with the product. Really amazed at the way it gets rid off any retained water. Excellent! The first canopy, which came with the original purchase didn't do that. It would collect water, water pockets every time it rained. Had to go and get rid off it manually. very good product indeed!
