"Paid for 2-day delivery. It took 5 days. When I called and said I wanted the extra money I paid for fast delivery returned to me, the answer was pretty much I should have read the fine print. Moreover, all the other times I bought these replacement canopies, they included the long rectangular strip that goes behind the decorative metal. It was not included this time. The quality of the canopies is incredibly poor, they are guaranteed to rip within 18 months. The problem is it's cheaper to buy the replacements than spend $800 to replace the whole gazebo, so they still get my business. Alternatives?"
"We've used Garden Winds twice over the last 5 years to replace our gazebo cover and bug screen curtains. Very happy with the product and prompt shipping. We received our product faster than expected. Installed our canopy and screens this past weekend. Everything fit perfect and looks new again without having to pay for a new gazebo! So much more affordable to replace the canopy and screen than purchasing a whole new gazebo. Thanks for the great service! "

"Your Rip lock material is a joke. The old cover was only 2 years old. After this new one rips apart sometime next summer. I will replace the whole gazebo with a wooden structure.

"Oops I mean it fits like a glove. Canopy is crisp and absolutely perfect for the swing. I realize now how saggy and fadded and icky the older one had become. My friend even commented how rare it is a replacement could work out so well. "
