"Contacted customer service regarding top tier not fitting properly was told that its a common complaint. No mention of this on the website. Rip lock design was the recommended upgrade. I felt the issues was mis-sewn pockets on the top tier. Only option offer to me by customer support was to send back the rip lock canopy and they would send out the O.E. design. I purchased the O.E. design last year and it only lasted 1 season. ( torn / sagging areas)

"I had been in need of a replacement canopy for a yard swing since tossing away the faded and torn original canopy at the end of last summer. After a web search over the winter I found and bookmarked Garden Winds. Other reviews sounded favorable, so this spring I measured the frame, which aligned most closely to the generic large canopy. I thought it might be just a bit too large, but figured it would be close enough. When the beige canopy (which was in stock) arrived in short time, I was pleased to find that it was an exact fit, the fabric is high quality and the manufacturing shows attention to detail. The color goes well with the seat cushion which was originally a subtle grey and beige check. I am very pleased and will not hesitate to purchase the replacement seat sling when that is needed."

I was excited when I found that garden winds had a replacement canopy available. I decided to order directly from the site vice a third party seller like Amazon or eBay based on price and delivery time. I was surprised how fast it got here especially since I live in Hawaii. It was shipped FedEx from California and got here in 2 days. It was a perfect fit and the material looks a lot more durable than the canopy that came with the gazebo. I highly recommend this product.
