"I purchased my canopy only last year from Home Depot and when I put it up this spring, a slight breeze tore it to shreds. The sun had rotted the material and I live in Maine so it was not extreme heat. The new canopy ordered from Garden Winds was far better material and fit perfectly I did have to wet it to get it to go on over my poles but other than that no issues at all."

I called and was upset. Your customer service person was great and asked if I would consider and open box. Since the new shipment was scheduled for the end of August I said "Absolutely." She found one and and I got it four days later.

The quality of the new cover is outstanding. I put it up yesterday and am delighted.

The only problem I had was the extra clips for the netting didn't really work (no biggie--the grommet was too thick for the clip).
