"I only gave you 4 out of 5 stars because I had ordered a replacement cover for my pergola and was told it would be three weeks. After about a week I got notification that it would now be 11 more weeks.
I called and was upset. Your customer service person was great and asked if I would consider and open box. Since the new shipment was scheduled for the end of August I said "Absolutely." She found one and and I got it four days later.
The quality of the new cover is outstanding. I put it up yesterday and am delighted.
The only problem I had was the extra clips for the netting didn't really work (no biggie--the grommet was too thick for the clip).

"So far the new canopy cover is working well, it handles the delta breeze in the northern CA area well. The only thing I did not like is the top canopy doesn't have any additional manners of holding it to the frame aside from the four corners. "

I installed it the same day it came in, and about four days later I saw saggy spots in it, and no, I didn't install it wrong because there is only one way to install it. If I get three years out of it, then I guess I got my money worth. "

"The canopy was the second one we ordered because the first was too small. We sent it back ( -$10.00) and ordered the one now recommended by a Garden Winds representative. Now the second one is also too small as well. We have the same exact swing as in the photo. It is about 4 inches to small in the width as well as the length. I was hoping that if it sits in the sun for a few days that it will stretch a bit. But it didn't. It is stretched to the max and will ,most likely, tear at the ends shortly."
