"I called customer service seeking expert advice on making a second order for a canopy, for my JC Penny gazebo, the first one I ordered in 2014, was so small that I could barely get it on my gazebo ! So when I ordered it this time, I falsely thought that customer service would tell me which one would fit properly. However; when I got the recommended canopy, it was smaller than the first one, and didn't come near fitting, so I called customer service and they recommended that I return this one, and get a universal one that would fit, if I did like their other customers, and cut my gazebo frame to fit the top section. I indicated that I did not want to do that, so I told "customer service" I wanted to return the canopy, and was advised that I HAD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING ! (Pay for their mistake !!!) I also had to phone them 7days after they received the canopy and remind them that I was due a refund. It seems that this company's management needs to do a little work on training their customer service reps on the sizes and measurements, and review their refund policy when it comes to them making wrong recommendations. I wouldn't have been nearly upset if they would have paid for "their mistakes" Now I am out nearly $20.00 and never got a gazebo canopy. Thanks to Garden Winds."

"The canopy on my enormous Sun Garden offset umbrella fell apart last year. I've been looking for an affordable replacement and was shocked to find that all of the replacement canopies for it are in the $500+ range. I was seriously considering just sewing one myself. Then I happened to find Garden Winds. I purchased their 2010 Offset Umbrella Replacement Canopy (CNYY-MNLCM884) for $119.99 plus a few bucks for shipping. It arrived promptly and I was very happy when I opened it up and saw the quality of the material and sewing, which seems very good. While the fit isn't absolutely perfect, it DOES fit and it looks very nice. Will it last as long as a the Sun Garden replacement canopy, which is guaranteed for 5 years? WHO CARES? The material on the Garden Winds canopy seems great and if it only lasts for a couple of years, I can afford to buy another to replace it. I'm thrilled. "

"I received my new gazebo cover and put it up only to discover that the hooks do not line up and I can't even get the corner hooks attached. It is aggravating and I feel like I got ripped off. I have ordered in the past without an issue. This new "rip lock"design is not a true size; it is smaller than the size states and what hooks I was able to attach are so stretched out I am sure they will rip in no time. I am very disappointed and have not been able to call the store. "

The ad for the cover stated that the quality of material is better than original. It is close but lacks thickness plus the stiching, is not the quality of the original.

Cover looks good from distance and it works ok. There are some little holes like from staples but no staples were found."
