"I ordered a replacement canopy for $120 which arrived in 10 days. The original gazebo cost $125! The canopy was about 2" too small, so I called Gardenwinds. I was told to put it outside in the sun for 3-4 days and it would expand. Although this sounded completely ridiculous, It's outside right now. I'll let you know what happens, but I am expecting that I will return the canopy still too small."

"I was extremely pleased to find that Garden Winds had the replacement canopy for my 14 year old Sunjoy gazebo. It fit nicely and seems to be of better quality them even the original. Is it still a nuisance to get those beams in the corner pockets...yes. But once we did it, we have hopefully added another 14 years of life to the gazebo frame that is bolted to the concrete . "Everything was fine until I tried to try out my new replacement canopy....it was not made for the L-GZ043PST-3 that was sold in Canada through WALMART. The design that was not even close to the one that was displayed. The above noted canopy has extensions on each corner and has rings so that the shelter can be tied down or a place where outside lights or flowers can be hung. The so called replacement that I received was designed for something else. So I mailed it back and I paid for the return for something that was not as advertised. I goes without saying that I was disappointed that this did not work out I had expected. The new RipLock material appears to be a wonderful replacement material....uunfortunately I will not be able to enjoy this new product. I have mailed a formal letter to Garden Winds explaining the situation (along with actual copies of the L-GZ043PST-3) and returned their product. Otherwise I was happy with how everything else was handled.....for that I thanked Garden Winds....however, I was really disappointed that the replacement canopy was not designed for the L-GZO43PST-3. After all Garden Winds advertised that the replacement would be an exact fit for this Gazebo or money would be refunded. Sadly this will not cover the costs associated with mailing the product to and from the recipient....which I had to pay..... through no fault of my own. I am not sure that I will order future items from Garden Winds as it will take some time to get over my disappointment with this last experience. Not totally dissatisfied with the experience by totally disappointed............a proud Canadian "

"I ordered a dual layer replacement cover set and the small top peice was too small. Not even just small enough to try end stretch it a bit but a big enough difference to make it completely useless. However the larger main peice was a perfect fit. Luckily the small top peice from my old set had no rips or issues so I just reused that one and placed the new non fitting one underneath it just in case of leaks through the original. In the end I guess it still worked out for me although the peices don't match due to fading to the old one but it's functional. I would have called for a replacement peice but shipping took so long oroginally that I thought it wasn't worth the trouble. Most likely I would have purchased one replacemet per year but I think I will have to find another solution going forward."
