"It appears tom me that if you agreed additional grommets are required, then why were they not installed originally?? The added expense of seeking out and purchasing the tools and grommets should NOT be borne by the customer.
Time will tell if the NEW Fabric, is really superior to the old, judging by the way it is wrinkled and floppy, I doubt it will last as long as the previous one. When attempting, I find the "water bubbles were where the grommets DHOULD have been! to locate the proper position to install the additional grommet I find the trouble water bubbles actually occurred where the grommets were already installed!! "
