No where did I see that overnight delivery for weekends was not an option, but I was charged anyways. The package arrived on Monday and when I inquired with your company about the overnight charge & delivery on Monday I was basically told "too bad, sorry about your luck"."

"The screw holes did not line up and I had to cut new ones. Top had to be stretched almost to the ripping point to get the screws in. If you're not good with DIY projects, you will never get this product to fit. "

"We purchased the reinforced replacement canopy for our ten by ten foot gazebo. The ordering was easy, delivery was less than a week, and the quality is much better than the original canopy. It has reinforcement and double stitching at all the stress points which the old (original) canopy did not. " Thanks for working with us to get the canopy that we needed. We had purchased a gazebo at a sale without a canopy. The owner gave us the name and number to order a replacement canopy. We did but we were having such bad weather here in Texas we waited six weeks to put it up. It did not fit!! We were able to send it back. Customer service worked with us using measurements and pictures to determine which canopy would best fit our needs. Thank you so much for providing such good service.
