"Item received was not what was pictured or what I thought I was ordering. I ordered a replacement canopy I originally purchased at Lowe's. What is pictured on the website is the structure and canopy I have but upon receiving my order I was disappointed to learn their aftermarket product is not what is shown. Also, there were no ties to secure the new canopy to my structure which would make it useless on any breezy day. Once I was contacted by customer service I was informed that if I wanted a canopy "similar" to what I originally had I should look at another canopy not advertised as a replacement for the structure I have. Similar but not the same. Misleading advertising along with what I feel was poor customer service. Unfortunately I doubt I will bring my business back. "

"We bought a 10 X 10 topper for our metal gazebo. The cover measured perfectly and fit beautifully. The only problem that we had was with the netted zip top. It was too large for our gazebo. I had to take in the material about 3 inches on each seam. The netting still does not fit well. You may want to add measurements for the vented cover (bottom to peak) as well as for the 10 X 10 cover.
We are now enjoying our gazebo with the adjustments I made."
