"I recently purchased the Madaga rip lock canopy. The product is great however i ordered the canopy to have for Memorial Day weekend. I paid for overnight shipping and handling 60 dollars. I needed it for my backyard bbq. When i looked at the tracking info I was surprised to see that the canopy wouldn't be delivered until the next week. When i called customer service they told me that that was the next business day. I was annoyed that i paid extra shipping for something that Garden winds knew i wouldn't receive on time. When i asked for a price adjustment I was told I should have read the fine print. The product is great but customer care is lacking."
"This was my second order through Garden Winds. I've not found the canopy I ordered on any other site. I went to the Garden Winds web site and was pleasantly surprised to see that the canopy is available. The order process was simple, and quick and within a week I had my replacement canopy waiting for me. I like the fact that I can order the canopy separately or with the mesh screen side panels.
The canopy fit perfectly and this one is a ripstop fabric which I hope will last longer than the first two. This is the third canopy we've had, the original, one replacement, and this is the second replacement. The original and the first replacement were not ripstop and lasted 3 years each even when having taken them down for the winter. The color of this latest canopy is correct, no mis-match with the side panels. "
