But in the end the canopy replacement dose not fit properly and I had to cut pieces of the corners of the gazebo to get it to fit. . Now it is on so I am happy until I need a replacement again. "

"We were pleased with how quick it was to place an order, to get it shipped but were frustrated with Fed Ex as we had to be present to sign. It took several hours of phone calls, redirections, and reports of added fees to get our order delivered. As my husband and I both work we were not home to take delivery and the window for delivery was 8 hours. When a different location was not permitted they stated we could arrange a pick up at a Fed Ex site that was 75 miles away but would not give us the # to call. After significant frustration an employee of Garden Winds assisted by intervening with Fed Ex and waived extra fees and our items were delivered to my husband's place of employment the next day...Thank you Garden Winds."
"I'm sorry but the 10x10 canopy I 0rdered was really 8.5 x8.5. I had to modify my canopy frame work to adapt the smaller size. There is a manufacturing screwup someplace. The canopy I ordered ( Fred Meyer LCM996B ) was stated to be a 10x10.
The material is good but the size is not what the Garden Winds on- line information stated it was supposed to be. "
