"Since this is not an item I order frequently I erroneously thought ordering the correct size was my only responsibility. Ordering online was easy enough, but when my gazebo canopy arrived it didn't work with my gazebo. It did not have the corner grommets to accommodate the finials my gazebo has. My phone call to customer service was very pleasant and he was quite helpful, but I had to pay $10.00 to return the incorrect item and am now waiting to receive my new order."

"I am so very happy that I have found this website, we purchased our first home, and the sellers of the house left there metal canopy as it is screwed into a platform deck on the grass and they told us they bought it at Big Lots, well we went to Big Lots only for them to tell us they do not carry the replacement covers.
