"The gazebo replacement cover that I ordered was delivered quickly and met my expectations as to quality. I would suggest that the cover be fitted with extra grommets to avoid sagging when accumulates on the cover after a rain. It seems the grommets are not in the best place to facilitate draining. The instructions say that the buyer should add additional grommets, but it seems to me that customers would be more satisfied if they were added at the factory."

"The delivery was super fast. We placed the order on Saturday and on Monday morning it arrived. We live in Oakville, Ontario. The product as it is expected. It is very easy to put on, fit well, just note that it is not as tight as the original one. So when it is raining, the rain creates water pockets. But overall, I would recommend it to a friend. "

When I called customer service they informed me that I cannot get parts to fix this, now I need to probably buy a whole new screen house.
