"I had ordered a different color gazebo material and had invested a very decent amount of money in my backyard on merchandise that was suppose to compliment the color I chose, unfortunately despite a very easy and quick experience of the ordering and shipping process I received the wrong color, the part that bums me out the most was that by the time it was,delivered we weren't going to be able to resolve this issue and I had a get together at my house for 4 different reasons that same wknd....1) a friends bday party. 2) A boxing event on pay per view. 3) my B.I.L. visiting us for the 1st time in 3yrs from out of state & 4) the welcoming of spring which we celebrate every year and invite friends over to kick it off in a good and positive note. However I will still continue doing business and will also recommend. "
"The canopy was easy to put up! You do need 2-3 people. We had 3 and it took us less than 10 min to put on and secure the top.
One thing I would like to see--the netting and privacy sold together or separately apart from purchasing the top. I didn't realize it or I would have bought the entire thing at once.
Other than that--looks fantastic!"

"The canopy cover we ordered for our 10x10 gazebo fits, but the pocket corners ate not very deep and with the slightest breeze we have batton it dow so doesn't keep coming undone! A little frustrating and it seems to have stretched out a little too! But since our original cover was shredding at least we now have sun protection on our back porch again ????"

"The website stated the shipment would be sent from California. I am in London, Ontario, Canada. I ordered a new top for my gazebo online on a Saturday and received a call Tuesday morning that it was in the truck for delivery. The caller asked if I wasn't home was there somewhere safe to leave the carton. We made the arrangements and when I hit home it was exactly where I had said to leave it. I was amazed how quickly I received the package. I thought it would take weeks! The only thing that would have made this experience better would be if the top was the original style. I think the original was better quality and richer looking but the top is a perfect fit. I recommend this company for their ease of use and professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to make future purchases. "
