"These tiles are shipped with no protective packing materials. Many of them arrived damaged. When I notified the company that the tiles had arrived damaged and suggested that they use packing materials, they blamed it on the shipping company and said that they could replace the damaged tiles, but anything they send me would probably also be damaged. This being the case, I see no reason to bother with having the damaged tiles replaced. I glued what I could and made the best of it. I had actually intended for this to be the first of three orders, but since they seem to be telling me that they have no intention of taking any precautions to keep this from happening and that anything I receive from them is likely to be damaged, I see no reason to place any further orders from them."

"This is the second replacement canopy we have purchased. The first one did not have the riplock system added. The original canopy and first replacement fit very snugly. The canopy needed to be pulled tightly to be secured. This most recent replacement is a bit loose. I'm unsure is this is an improved design feature or not. There is less stress on the seams, but is it going to suffer more damage in the wind? We also purchased replacement netting. It went up easily, but I felt there could have been more attachment loops for added security. My only serious quibble is with the length of the netting. It is much too long. I have a good 3-4 inches on the deck. A piece of furniture is going to be pushed onto it and then the furniture leg is going to cause a rip. "
