I changed my mind on which top I wanted then put in the new one. Checked out fine then got a confirmation that it charged us for both tops. We decided to go ahead and keep both but wasn't happy about it initially. "

"DON'T BUY REPLACEMENT CANOPIES FROM THIS MANUFACTURER IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR HEXAGONAL GAZEBO FROM MENARDS. This is the 2nd Time we bought a replacement Canopy for the Menards' Hexagonal Gazebo Metal Frame we have secured to our wooden outdoor deck. I am Totally Unsatisfied with Both Purchases. I got the Entire Gazebo (Frame, Canopy & Mosquito Netting) for $99.00. When the Canopy faded & tore in a wind storm, we replaced it 2 years later with Garden Winds "Rip-Stop" Stronger, Longer Lasting Replacement Canopy. From the Beginning, we had a horrible time. The Canopy was at least 3 or 4 inches to short to fit over the last extended metal roof frame bar. The other bars stretched the fabric so tight that the slightest breeze (5 mph) tore the doubled stitched, re-enforced fabric holders that stretch over the roof frame bars. So one of six bars was not even covered by fabric & within a week, 2 other areas needed restitching ($20). The Replacement Canopy cost almost twice as much as the Original Entire Gazebo Package at $179. After 2 years, the canopy would sag since not all six bars could be reached by the fabric. Every time it rained, the canopy would sag & areas of pooled water started to make holes in the fabric until one day a 6 foot long tear happened again in a mild breeze. So this year 2016, we bought the "Original" Gazebo Canopy from Garden Winds for $139, again More than what we Paid for the Entire Gazebo Package originally. This Canopy was supposed to be Inferior to the Rip-Stop Canopy and more prone to tearing, but we knew the Expensive one was too Small. Well, the Idiots made the this Canopy Too Small Also. So thanks to Garden Winds, we have spent $318 plus S&H of approximately $50 for a total of $368 just to Replace the Canopy for our Gazebo, and Their Products are a Disaster! We would ask for our Money Back, but then we would have NO CANOPY for our Gazebo, and nobody else seems to make this product. This company and the product from Menards are Rip-Offs."
