"My purchase was declined because I wanted the order sent to a different address that the one for my credit card. I was buying for a second home, and wanted the shipment delivered to that location, which is not my billing address. It amazes me that a company can turn down purchases that require delivery to a different address than the billing address. They are also always out of stock. Makes me wonder about the validity of this business. "

"We have had our swing for several years and everything except the awning is in fine shape. A big bird fell through the orriginal awning and tore a big hole in it. I patched it, but the distruction had started and it just wouldn't quit. We took the old top to a recovery shop but the cost would have purchased a new swing. The internet provided us a much better option, and we now have a lovely swing again for a very reasonable price."

"The material quality seems pretty good, so I'm optimistic. Unfortunately, the 10' X 10" was more like 9' 10" X 9' 10". I had to use a hack saw to remove over an inch per side of the metal frame to get the canopy to fit and it was still very tight. Also, it's a 2 tier canopy, the top canopy was about 3 inches too large on one side and sags, the other 3 sides fit just fine. Maybe I should have sent it back since it took hours of work to use it and the top tier looks sloppy but I had people visiting and I needed to use it. Quality assurance needs to be improved."
