Garden Winds was very professional in handling my situation; they made every attempt to identify the right replacement canopy. Unfortunately the canopy does not fit perfectly, as it is nearly impossible to know the original model; however, I am confident that Garden Winds did everything they could in identifying the best option. "This is the second canopy replacement I have purchased from Garden Winds. The quality seems better. The shipping is super fast! It left their facility within hours of ordering. One thing though, Installation was difficult (like, impossible) on the 4th corner of the upper piece. I took the suggestion from the instructions and online video of loosening the bar which made it do-able. But trying to get the bar back in place was equally hard (like, impossible). So we now have that bar unsecured. Maybe when the canopy stretches a bit I can pull that bar into place. "

"We have had our Canopied swing from Home Depot for ten years. Every two years or so, we order a new canopy or swing cushion for it from Garden Winds. Then, it it like new again. The Texas sun, rain, and winds are pretty hard on outdoor items, but these replacements seem to last as long as anything does. "

my only complaint is that it retains water after the rain. your drain grommets are in the wrong spot. the water accumulates in between the drain grommets and just sits there.
if this is corrected then I would give you 5 plus stars but for this reason after every rain i need to go and flip the water out i give you 3 stars."
